I'm searching for a second acquisition in the Buffalo area and running an off-market process, but I learned from my first search not to discount on-market deals. So I've been using a platform called Clef, and it's been super intuitive for me. I get alerted quickly when a deal hits my buy box and using it in Claude is helpful. Have tried other 'aggregator' tools before but I like the experience of this one the best so far. Seems promising and wanted to share in case helpful for folks trying to get more market coverage/visibility -Ramandeep
