Anyone especially skilled at deal structuring?

I'm evaluating a couple businesses in different industries that both have nuance to them for different reasons (goal to purchase one). I've spent time working through scenarios and models in which they can both be structured based on feedback from the sellers and in mitigating my risk within reason, though it would be helpful to get input from others experienced in having done this before. Is anyone particularly savvy at deal structuring or have a recommendation for who I should connect with to workshop terms? Thanks in advance!
