I've used Axial to list active sell-side projects. Prospective acquirers (strategics or PEG's) can initiate inquiries. As a comment, in their initial version, there were no controls, and the quality of responses was generally pretty low (they WERE known as the Craigs List of M&A). With their latest version, they have established controls on "who sees what," and the quality has improved dramatically! In my opinion, they are well worth the cost. Their events have proven to be worthwhile in linking players. . Their representatives can provide much more detail and have been extremely helpful.

FYI, we launched www.interexo.com , we have more deals than Axial and the unlimited access is just $49 month. We now have over 3800 and adding more daily. We never ask for referral or transaction fees. No deals smaller than $500,000 in EBITDA or CF. It is free to sign up and browse all the deals.
