Exploring ETA as a next career step (background is 10 years in ops/growth at San Francisco startups, no formal finance training). I’m specifically looking for in-person, structured programs to build readiness around evaluating, acquiring, and operating a small business - especially diligence, deal process, and owner conversations. I learn best in immersive, in person environments vs self-directed or online content.
