Hi Ryan, my accounting firm specializes in residential HVAC. We don't currently offer a QofE service, but we're doing the books/taxes for these companies every day and know where things commonly go wrong. I'd be happy to chat sometime and give a perspective on the key accounting risk areas where earnings get misstated and where your QofE/DD folks should dig further.
