Hey Everyone,

wow i've been away for a while and i'm glad to see the community is bigger and more vibrant than ever!

I have like 100 unread msgs...I apologize for not responding to them as business has taken up all my time the past 3 years.

That being said, I'm finally making progress on a second deal! I'm starting my DD and I'm looking for any experienced small biz M&A lawyer recommendations you guys may have. I prefer to be local (I'm in NJ).

^redacted‌ thanks for the tag. The attorney for my deal wasn't local to NJ, and I would also definitely not recommend him to anyone. I too will be looking for M&A attorney suggestions for my next deal.
