Most of the self-funded Excel spreadsheets I have come across do not include rollover equity with the new SBA provision. Does anyone have a spreadsheet already made they can send me? Would appreciate.

There are no shortage of off the shelf basic models out there. Here's one from Sam Rosati (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SW9Q3NMpzwy0mrQEHuHuGtIH5LcNtVrla_1NIItb2RE/edit?gid=###-###-#### #gid=###-###-#### ). All you need to do is just add a new source of funds into the assumptions row (maybe G6?), and create some new rows akin to rows 47:52 (what's my investment worth) & 62:68 (when am I getting my money back) for this new source of funds. Shouldn't take you very long. Good luck Anthony!

The best solution I've found is by inserting the amount of equity retained by the seller in the investor's equity box of the SMBootcamp template.
