Good afternoon,

Does anyone have any experience financing or acquiring assisted living facilities? I'm looking at a 24 bed facility that includes real estate and I have a few questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Levar, I helped close a 20 unit facility for a client a few years back. The key is having someone on the ownership with experience and all the right licensing. The lender will want expertise to have a good portion of the equity and as a guarantor.
