@redacted thanks for the tag. I’ll add that SBA may not be a great option. Make sure if you’re thinking SBA make sure you’re working with an SBA lender with skill set and capacity to do all the servicing and collateral substitutions. Likely better working with an actual fleet lender if you’re talking of a sizable number of vehicles/assets.

^redacted I strongly echo ^redacted from my experience buying tractors, aggregating smaller fleets and then exiting. You will stack debt on debt due to the cycle life of your fleet if you use SBA debt. Proceed very carefully.
