Anyone have experience in the event venue space?

Hey Guys, My family has built (and currently runs) a wedding venue for almost 10 years now. The primary operator (my dad) is nearing retirement, and we have considered selling it. I wanted to connect with someone in this field who could advise on real-world value and multiples. He financed the land + the construcion cost with SBA loans, so there is some restate in the deal. We don't need the money out of the business now so we are just thinking though how to package a deal like this and what it could be worth. Strong booking and about 1M in Revenue consistently.
