Highly recommend listening to The Buzz Boardroom from Paul Giannamore and Patrick Baldwin. Doubt there is someone in the Pest Control M&A space more knowledgeable than Paul. They do deep dives into multiple topics, including: operations, multiples, exit strategy, etc.
