Anyone have experience with Latin American (same time zone-ish) outsourced bookkeeping?

I'll need a bookkeeper to handle AR, invoicing, etc. as we continue to grow. Would prefer latam for time zone continuity. Anyone successfully using one for this type service? What's your approx cost? thx!
