^redacted‌ This probably isn't a unique issue as many NEMT providers, especially in non-urban areas, have concentration issues. This can be mitigated through papering, but it helps to keep regular communication lines with the other party to create a true partnership because the outs in the contracts can usually be exercised easily if on time performance metrics are unreasonable in the agreement. With that said, the main way to mitigate is by diversifying to other customers. However, if you have exclusive provider agreements - spinning up other customers places a direct strain on supply to existing customers. Good luck Ben!
