I'm looking at a RE development platform that has a nice pipeline, baked team, and multiple states worth of activity and exposure. Market comps for these seem to range from 2x-30x without much context. I wonder if any in this group have closed on a development company, and if yes, what you used to get to a fair valuation, and what your challenges have been post-close.
