I've chatted with Helen a bit when she was a smaller org, was nice and I can't blame her for building out all that she has. With that being said, it has been awhile since I've looked at it but it just seemed like an aggregator. Take the time and sign up for all of them yourself. If you want to hire someone to help, hire a shop that's doing direct outreach specifically on your behalf.

I used the SMB Diligence platform for QofE and it was a fair level of detail for the cost ($6K). I imagine some of the more expensive QofE providers may have given me a bit more polished report but mine got the job done and was adequate for my smaller deal. I attended SMBootcamp and it was great for getting me up to speed on the basics of how to buy a business; they don't offer the "done for you" searching support that Helen's program claims - in my case there have been enough on-market deals through BizBuySell, Axial, etc that I haven't felt the need to spend more for off-market sourcing.
