Anyone have with experience running a service business with a mix of union and non-union accounts?

I'm not sure what you mean by union and non-union "accounts." Are you saying the business services accounts that are bound by a requirement to hire only union workers? If you're referring to having union and non union workers, there I have a lot of experience. I ran multiple businesses in a national service platform where each business employed either a union workforce or a non-union workforce. If that's what you're referring to, DM me and we can talk.
