Nathaniel - one tell-tale sign we look for in tech diligence is the data integration. Are they receiving work orders via a centralized EDI/API feed from UPS corporate, or is it just facility managers emailing PDFs? Usually, if there's a hard-coded data link, corporate is definitely involved. If it's manual email workflows, it's often just local facility-level relationships (which get risky if corporate decides to consolidate vendors later).
