HI All - I am contemplating entering a minority position with a physician to acquire a medical clinic. Would love to know from experience, best practices from ownership standpoint, and areas for greater value add / where I should think about spending time in this situation. Like many other situations, a clear accountability boundary would be hard to draw, but important to estabslish - welcome any tips.
