I've been full-time searching this year and feel that I am constantly getting distracted. Anybody else in this boat? Would love to find a small cohort that can meet weekly-ish to help keep each other accountable. I am focused on accounting firms, in either St. Louis area or California/West Coast. So ideally looking for folks WITHOUT that same search criteria. Would be available to meet between 11am CT and 4pm CT during the week. If you're interested DM me!

Hi ^redacted‌ - nice to meet you. We’ve financed many accounting firms through the SBA, and we can walk you through the most effective approach for handling licensing requirements, which are very common in these transactions. If you ever need help talking through a deal, I am happy to help. We work with all the major SBA lenders. The bank pays us after your loan closes, so this is a 100% free service for you. You can email me directly at redacted or schedule a meeting with me: https://cal.com/francodeguzman/30min. Look forward to chatting!
