Anyone interested in forming a working group for cold email tools and tactics?

Hi all, I've been doing direct email outreach as a key component of lead generation and have seen a slowdown this summer in my success. It seems like there's a lot of moving parts that need to be monitored to be successful here (i.e., using multiple domains, warming emails, keywords and email contents), and it's been hard for me to figure out how to tackle this because there are so many different tools out there and conflicting views of best practices. Would anyone be interested in co-organizing this? I think this could be really helpful but, in my experience, this would only really work if a several core people are interested and engaged. Also, as part of this, I was thinking it would be helpful to collaborate with others by warming our emails with others' domains (i.e., creating new emails and exchanging emails with primary searcher domains and personal emails). This could stand alone if the broader group isn't interesting. Best, Ted
