Anyone Interested in Individual Tax Returns Book of Business?

Hey Everyone, I'm currently running a campaign for a client who is focused on Accounting, Bookkeeping and Payroll services. However, we've come across a handful of CPA offices that are looking to sell their books of business of individual tax returns. Retirement is the major driving force.
Most of these books of business are smaller, around $300k in revenue, but could be a great bolt-on acquisition for an existing CPA.
