Anyone interested in pooling funds to reach minimum LP investment in a VC fund?

I have been super interested in Pablos Holman for a while now as well as his VC fund (https://deepfuture.tech/portfolio/). Read his book (https://deepfuture.tech/book/) and listened to him speak, I am sold on his investment thesis on building the deep future and the returns from his first fund have been impressive. I reached out to him and we have been corresponding over email regarding his second fund that he is raising towards the end of this year. He let me know that for their friends and family round, the min LP check in 250k with 20% due on close and the remainder of the capital called as needed over the next 4 years. 250k is much larger that my typical investment sizing, so I wonder if anyone is interested in pooling funds into an LLC which can invest and hold the ownership?
