I'm looking to speak with contacts who are knowledgeable about medical animation, video production, and motion design in the context of healthcare to help assess a potential deal opportunity. I'm particularly focused on the past and future impact of AI on the field. If you work in this field or are a customer and are willing to chat, please comment on this post or reach out via DM. Thank you!

I've owned an animation agency for 10+ years. We've done some healthcare / medical related videos, but it was not at all our area of specialization. My thought is that AI will be able to create these videos much quicker (one hour vs. one month) and much cheaper ($500 vs. $10k) than an agency can. It's not happening yet, but there's no doubt in my mind that it will happen; hard to say when, but AI video production is getting very good very fast. I personally would not buy an animation agency unless you have a thesis on why you will be shielded from the coming disruption.
