Anyone looking for a Co-Founder or GM to run their Business?

Hi all!

I am actively looking to leave my day job in order to take over GM/Operational responsibilities of a SMB. Ideally looking in light construction, home service, or logistics/transportation industries in the Greater Denver area.

I am also searching for my own SMB under $750k in SDE to purchase and then run. If that is the route I go, I am looking for a co-owner, ideally with a background in Finance or that specific industry.

My background is heavily recruitment, sales, and leadership focused. I also run a small residential real estate business on the side.

Hi Bradley - am a SoCal searcher focused on residential and commercial services, IT services and training, light mfg, and marketing services (but keeping an open mind to other cash flowing opportunities as well), primarily in SoCal but also considering CO as have several friends in the Thornton/Westminster area and family up in the Breckinridge area. I may be interested in teaming with a GM to run things if I find the right opportunity. BTW - I find Frontrange has some decent listings.
