I have been looking into this market for around two months. Has anyone considered a roll-up of high-end concierge medicine practices (like https://www.md2.com/, https://privatemedical.org/)? High topline, high margins for relatively low volume. These guys charge membership fees of $25-50k/ year.

NexPhase Capital recently bought MD2 in an LBO. I'd also love to learn more about their purchase price and investment thesis.

I've considered. I recently spoke to an attorney who has done super specialized work in creating legal structures in this domain.

I haven't looked into it in super depth but my hunch is that more institutional PE will outcompete searchers in this space. But very open to being challenged on that. In a previous life I ran a consulting company with a client not exactly in concierge medicine but pretty close. Happy to share intel if you wish.

Hey, it is an interesting space; specially for foreign nationals. My wife has done some work related to the housing part for patient's families coming to the USA for treatment (children). I will be interested in exploring opportunities. Feel free to reach out via email at: redacted
