New searcher trying cold outreach on email & LinkedIn but unsure the best message. What's the best way? (a) Directly say I want to buy your business (b) vague I'd love to talk about your business. Much appreciated if anyone wants to actually share the exact message that's most effective! Thank you so much

I like the idea of something friendly and fast. 1. "My name is...and I'm an entrepreneur looking to acquire" with your name linked to your super professional website so they can find out more without adding words 2. "I'm intrigued by your business because (some actual quality of the business) and (your own experience/interest in the industry/sector)" shows that you've done your homework 3. "I'd be very interested in meeting and learning more about you and the business." Kind closing that offers to buy them coffee or lunch to talk more. Professional signature with professional email address, phone number I can't say it enough: limit the number of words.

I’ve found being direct is the most effective. Business owners are busy and they don’t appreciate you wasting their time.
