Anyone purchase a business with large amounts of inventory/working cap?
Looking at a distributor with >$5 mil in inventory and not sure what financing strategy would work best.

I dont disagree. But real ABLs start to make sense $10MM+ given fees and reporting requirements. I have lots of ABL deals experience if you want to PM me.

You should be able to find a lender that will offer 80% or 85% against eligible A/R, but few lenders advance against inventory in the small deal world.
