As part of my search, I’ve been looking into ways to streamline some of the repetitive task, like tracking leads, scraping data, and keeping the CRM up to date. I wanted to know if anyone has used tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier to help automate parts of their workflow. If you’ve tried any of them or any other tool, I’d love to hear what worked, what didn’t, or any advice you’d be open to sharing.

Yep - I have an automation that scrapes all the business to buy websites, adds them to a database, de-duplicates them and an AI prompt reads through them and emails me if there’s a fit. All are great tools, Zapier is the easiest to use so I’d start there and n8n is the most powerful but can be more technical ChatGPT is great for troubleshooting and learning how to use these apps though

No but I'm interested in learning n8n. The workflows I've looked at so far haven't been useful enough to incorporate but I think the platform is great and something I'd consider implementing once acquiring as well.
