Throwing one into the ether… Looking to connect with anyone in the community who operates/is invested in a MA-based Electrical company and may be open to a potential partnership on another Boston based electrical business (c$500k EBITDA) I’m trying to navigate a final sticking point before signed LOI around who holds the Master license for c.6 months while the current and long serving ‘number 2’ in the business finishes his Master Electrician qualifications. It’s not necessarily a deal breaker but owner would prefer I come with an interim solution that isn’t him holding the license. Thanks!
