Anyone with experience in Telehealth?

I am looking at a potential telehealth opportunity, but am new to all the CPOM regulations. I would value the opportunity to chat with anyone that has expertise and/or has completed an acquisition in this space. I am trying to better understand the MSO Friendly PC structure or other structures that enables non-medical licensed ownership in this space.

Hi ^redacted‌ - happy to chat and assist if I can. I was working in the MSO/DSO space for a few years (prepping practices for PE), then helped embed medics onto oil rigs, and then I helped with a telehealth startup just post-COVID. Our biggest challenges were credentialing and "a leader with really bad information". I will say I would love to be a fly on the wall and hear your conversation with ^redacted‌!
