I'm looking at an acquisition in the tire or quick lube space with plan to execute a roll-up. Evaluating franchise vs independent. Plan to acquire brownfield locations with real estate that can be monetized. Have an operating partner with deep operational experience in the space. Anyone have experience in the space? Looking to learn more on sector to validate thesis and refine growth strategy
