Hi Everyone,

I am actively sourcing deals within aerospace & aviation industry with long term vision of roll-ups.

Currently, having discussions with 2 business within USA.

I would love to connect & network with

1. Investors who might be looking for opportunities within these industries, or

2. People who are working on a active roll-up project or

3. People who did roll-ups within these industries.

Love to connect & talk.

Thanks

Do not under estimate how challenging and technical aviation and aerospace can be... there is already a very entrenched "player" in Innotech/ExecAire in Canada when it pertains to many facets of corporate aviation. FlyingColours was a distressed asset that has been purchased. Canada has a luxury tax now on aircraft purchases that is very steep, which I view as a sector headwind to the corporate aviation sector... For business tied to transport category aircraft in Canada, I am less knowledgeable. But I would encourage you to learn as much as possible if you have not spent time in the industry. Or get involved and get some exposure and knowledge before leaping in to aviation/aerospace. It is very easy to dig a hole quickly if you are not prudent and "on it" with whatever operation you run.
