Anyone have experience with Apple Pie Capital for financing a franchise acquisition? I'd love to connect if so re what their terms are vis-a-vis SBA 7a. Or feel free to post in comments. Looking at a franchise acquisition in the $12mm-$14mm range with 30%+ seller note so will need ~$8mm of financing (debt + equity) out of the gate.
