1. Figure out and focus on your strengths.
It's usually easier to win if you simply do more of what you do well.
Don't play on hard mode, when the easy path is better.
2. Make sure processes are well documented for the areas you do well in sales.
This frees you up mentally to test other ways to increase sales.
3. If you don't know which sales channels make the most money or are the most efficient, it's time to improve your accounting. Get the data you need to grow revenue.
