Are there any lawyers that do deals on contingency?

I have a deal under LOI. $5M EV. Wondering if there are any lawyers that work on a contingency basis or with flexible terms.

Hi Anon, we don't work on contingency. But we offer hourly and flat-fee engagements, and, if you work with us on a flat fee basis, we earn our fees against milestones, with half of our fees earned only upon a successful closing. Additionally, while we request a small retainer up front--which remains your money until we've earned it, the rest of our fees are only due at the end of the matter. Happy to discuss further. We consider deals on contingency but it is not 100% on contingency. As in, we can structure the deal with 1 price if the deal closes and a different price if it doesn't and other creative options. Happy to jump on a call to discuss.
