Are there any WBE and MBE here for JV venture?

I am on the look out for a partner firm with these accreditations: Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE). This firm should have over three years of solid financial track records for us to be prequalified. The RFP response has deadline of 1st Jun 2026 and largely the scope is for any Digital marketing agency responsible for end-to-end bill management (mail processing, payment gateway, accounting, website maintenance).
