Thanks brother. Ours is off market also, I'm sure people who've seen me post know I'm very anti-broker. Sourcing off market deals is where it's at. So, that means, leveraging our referral network and our proprietary AI & Automated Cold Outreach System. Again, my 2 cents, stay away from brokers, makes no sense to compete with others.

I found that direct communication with owners, such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and cold emailing, was more effective for finding good businesses. From my experience, the healthcare businesses listed on broker websites were generally not ideal for the searcher model. For example, many did not meet EBITDA thresholds, lacked a management team to support the business after acquisition, were overly reliant on the owner for revenue generation or day to day operations, and had high multiple expectations, often driven by the broker.
May be the US is different.
