Fellow entrepreneurs,
I've turned around my business and walked away intact. Millions in revenue and loans resolved. No personal bankruptcy. My affairs and former company are in order, though my dreams are not.
I've been quietly helping others 1:1 through their struggles, but it's completely unscalable. The truth keeps me awake at night...there are DROVES of people being crushed by leverage, deteriorating market conditions, and the brutal realities of business transition that no one prepared them for.
I see their faces. The husband and wife who bet everything they had on the business and reached out too late. The searcher who maxed out SBA and pari passu loans that imploded due to industry issues. The entrepreneur who pulled their ex-spouse into personal guarantee problems because they got divorced during the process. In comparison, my bald spot and stress hives seem like no big deal.
These folks could have gotten help earlier, but our system is designed so entrepreneurs suffer in silence or are shamed by success stories beating down from all directions, beat to a pulp through self-judgment and loneliness.

I was supposed to be the prepared one. Blue collar experience, degrees and hustle to boot, capital, insider knowledge from my time as a business broker. Yet even I couldn't detect all the landmines hiding beneath surface level financials and seemingly transparent disclosures.
This isn't about lack of effort or intelligence. This is about a system designed to funnel people into acquisitions without adequate safeguards or support structures. The ecosystem wouldn't exist without us -- the operator.
I want to convert this 1:1 rescue work into peer support groups, but let me be crystal clear: these are not just emotional support circles. We are here to get shit done and actually fix your business. No judgment, no stupid pontification. I've done it for my own business. I know how to restructure debt. I've assembled a team who is going to drop in and actually help you.
