Are you raising gap financing?

This spring, I raised $2,000,000 in equity and secured a lender's commitment for $3,000,000 to acquire a manufacturing company in the New England area. However, my firm was outbid at the last second by a private equity group.

That leaves me in a unique position with both debt and equity commitments from a bank and a group of investors who trust my judgment on deals, but without a deal to execute on. So I'm reaching out here to anyone who may be trying to fill a gap on their cap table or secure debt financing with an offer to help you get to close with my backers. As the founder of the Alternative Investments Club, I'm connected to LPs and family offices who are willing make reasonable deals with folks who've done the hard work to risk their ass to find a great company. I'd love to be helpful for anyone like that.
