Like most of you, I've spent thousands on Quality of Earnings reports over the years. We all know these can run up to $40K depending on deal size. And we all know the gut punch of paying for one on a deal that ends up dying before close. Running a small team with a smaller budget, I started building something to pressure-test deals before committing to a full QoE engagement. It works for me, but before I tell anyone this is a real product I want to know if it actually holds up on other people's deals. That is the favor I am asking. I am looking for 100 searchers, sponsors, or small PE folks to run it on a deal they are actively working and tell me honestly whether the output is useful or not. What it does, briefly: You upload whatever the seller or broker has given you so far (P&L, balance sheet, tax returns, AR aging, payroll register, CIM, anything you have) and in about 30 minutes you get back a 12-tab Excel Deal Analysis Package plus a Word executive memo. It produces normalized EBITDA or SDE with every add-back source-cited and confidence-rated, a DCF cross-check, SBA debt-capacity stress testing, industry benchmarking on margins and working capital, a red-flag tab with severity and DD asks, and a defensible valuation range. A few things I tried to get right that I want pressure-tested: If a document is missing, the tool says so and tells you what to ask for. It does not bluff or fabricate. Every figure cites the source document it came from. The output is supposed to read like a boutique transaction-advisory pass, not a chatbot. What I am specifically hoping you will tell me: Did the analysis actually save you screening time? Were the add-backs defensible or did the tool let through stuff a real QoE shop would have caught?
