Assisted Living / Memory Care Facility Insight - Phoenix/ Scottsdale AZ

I’m currently evaluating the assisted living / memory care market in Arizona (primarily Phoenix / Scottsdale) as a potential acquisition and would really value perspective from anyone who has actually owned and operated in the state. I’m early in diligence but serious about the space and thinking long-term hold rather than flip. Would appreciate connecting with anyone willing to share insight

There are strong tail winds in this geographic market for such services, not the least of which is the number of higher income retirees. The considerations are the available workforce and the operational/financial structure to provide the level of service that higher income demographic will demand - if the model is private pay. I've done some recent work in this area, please DM me if you'd like to talk it through. I've also started a labor-intensive business in Phoenix and can give you some first hand anecdotes about that workforce.
