Associate MBA intern - learn the top processes to search (ex-McKinsey team, PE-backed, targeting deals $10-30M TEV)

You will learn how to run a highly optimized search process in as little as 8 weeks. After speaking with now over 150+ other search funds, I've built out a full-time near and offshore team to aggressively expand my search, target larger deals, and lean on automated systems and processes I have custom built enabling me to do all of this while continuing to run my other businesses in parallel. Our national deal volume is exceptional; however, I need support to increase deal quality and very aggressively move upmarket. **Special comment: I am actively recruiting search partners to join our private equity search group. Assuming your 8-week internship goes well, you will be invited to interview with my private equity team for an offer to join this selective group of other search partners our infrastructure supports. As a result, your search could reach similar deal volume as early as this September###-###-#### I've onboarded other searchers into our infrastructure - they have seen similar deal volume in as little as 3 weeks. **Job responsibilities:** You will work hand in hand with me working directly with my dedicated dealteam. Much of your week will be spent developing strategies to expand our dealflow in upmarket categories and executing- we need to see more deals with EBITDAs >$3-4M.
