At what point in the process do you recommend involving a legal team?

I have heard "as early as possible", but realistically what does that mean? Before incorporating? Once you're ready to raise search capital?

Any other useful details to know / things to look for before onboarding would be very helpful. Thanks!

As an intermediary who has always first-drafted the LOI, our clients will engage legal counsel once the LOI has been executed by both parties. First time out, you may want to have legal counsel review your LOI before it is presented to the other side.
