Hi everyone — I wanted to introduce myself and share a little about the acquisition search I've recently launched. After more than 20 years in senior leadership roles with large distribution companies, I recently made the decision to pursue the acquisition of an established business that I can personally own, operate, and grow. I'm conducting a self-funded search focused primarily on Northeast Atlanta and surrounding communities, with current acquisition criteria of: * Purchase price: Approximately $1M–$5M * Equity available: $500K–$1M * Industries of particular interest: Distribution, construction-related businesses, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, industrial services, and other established B2B businesses * Target: Profitable, established businesses with strong cash flow and opportunities for continued growth My background includes operations, supply chain, finance, IT, strategic planning, and distribution leadership. I'm looking for a business where I can bring that experience to bear as a hands-on owner-operator while building on what an existing owner has already created. I've also received SBA financing preapproval and am actively reviewing opportunities. I'd welcome connections with business brokers, intermediaries, CPAs, M&A attorneys, fellow searchers, and others who may know business owners considering a transition or succession plan.
