Looking for recommendations on attorneys for a non-traditional search fund. I am working on creating a semi-permanent capital holding company in partnership with a group of family offices. I am planning to raise a small amount of search capital directly from a lead investor and self-fund a portion. Making some meaningful progress on securing backers and wanted to start the process of interviewing attorneys.

Welcome any recommendation on attorneys with experience in the search fund space and creating an investment/operating holding company. If you had a non-traditional search experience and really liked your attorneys, would love to hear about it. I am based in Boston, so an attorney here would be a plus, but not a requirement.
