Owner has run an auto windshield and window replacement company for 20 years, building a strong presence within Middle Tennessee and now looking to retire. 25% of business is from various larger fleets (utilities, Amazon, car dealers). Shop is able to service everything from consumer vehicles to large commercial vans and trucks.
Increasing population growth in Middle Tennessee will continue to grow TAM, and business will continue to be needed even during economic downturns. Newer vehicles with technology packages will lead to higher ticket prices and potential additional revenue streams with addition of calibration.
Unsexy, consistently profitable, with low chances of being disrupted.
After visiting for a short ride-along, there are multiple opportunities for process standardization, digitization, and pricing optimization.
I will be acquiring the business as an operator with an eye for a longer-term hold to cash flow the business and open additional locations. Medium-term goal is to bring in a GM who would be able to handle day to day operations once systems are established so I can focus on growing sales and B2B relationships.
Looking for investment partners to bring 20% equity to the table (~$700K).
