For those that have previously been turned off by Axial's pricing model - there is no longer an initiation fee and the $50-$100 fee per deal. Only a deal success feel. It is definitely worth revisiting!

Hi @michael levine and Searchfunder community - the founders at Searchfunder pinged me offline per the above pricing post so I thought I'd clarify our pricing updates in the comments.

Michael Levine is correct that Axial now offers a success-fee only pricing tier. These memberships are for lower middle market and SMB buyers with qualified PE / IB or qualified operating executive backgrounds.

Any questions, feel free to ping Axial's Buyside Member Success team --> redacted

Best, Peter

The problem with their fee is that they force you to pay it even if you get the same leads elsewhere, unless you go through a complicated and time consuming process with their customer support. When I used them a few years ago, I would get many of the same leads from BizBuySell and broker distribution lists. To avoid paying them a fee in these situations, you have to contact their customer service within x days and prove via email screenshots that you already had an exchange with the broker/seller.
