Axial worth it?

I’ve been looking for good sourcing sites and heard more about Axial including from podcasts.

The terms seem unappealing and maybe I’m missing something, but potentially disproportionate to the value they bring.

I’d love to hear if anyone has experience with them and if they’d recommend staying away or if it’s worth it. Thanks!

Other aggregators with lower fees that you could try: Kumo, Larvato, Interexo, x5deals, skarp.ai

As mentioned above. Axial can be a helpful tool depending on your experience, and what you're looking for. For my purposes I've found it really good to provide me a repository of deals to help me improve how I look at CIMs, and trends across industries based on reviewing multiple CIMs within the same industries. What I don't like about it, are in fact the economics and the multitude of CIMS that will flood your inbox that may not be worth your time. So it definitely has its place. If youre limited on tools to source deals, it is definitely helpful, but you will pay a price. That said, the fee can just be rolled into the purchase price so the question to ask yourself is, if paying 2% of EV doesn't break the economics of your acquisition, but results in you shortening your time of getting yourself into a good seat of ownership, is it worth it to you, surprisingly the answer is not yes for everyone, so you kind of how to determine that for yourself. Again I think as a tool to help improve your ability to quickly assess CIMs and deals across industries for no upfront cost, I think it's a good tool.
