What is the best scheduling software to allow customer service agents to schedule appointments for front-line service-delivery agents?

Currently running 1 physical location but planning on aggressive expansion. Best software to integrate this process across different locations?

Calendly, Setmore, Bookafy, Appointy.... any good?
