Banks Current Lending Parameters in the Healthcare Sector

In general the banks are currently lending on averageredactedtimes EBITDA in the healthcare space. The increase of interest rates have drove the multiple of healthcare businesses down.

However, potential sellers seem to be having a hard time accepting the current value of their business being so low.
